HOUSTON, TX (Monday March 31, 2008) - MES SOLUTIONS announced today that it has been awarded Core accreditation for its Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) services from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. MES Solutions is the first and only IME organization to apply for and earn URAC Core accreditation.

Core standards are the foundation of URAC accreditation. These standards address several key organizational functions that are important for any health care organization, including: organizational structure; staff qualifications; training and management; oversight of delegated activities; quality management; customer satisfaction and consumer protection
