The Medical Team
MES structures a very simple service agreement with physicians who undergo a basic credentialing process and then elect to devote a portion of their time to evaluative medicine. The medical team is comprised primarily of doctors specializing in orthopaedics, neurology, neurosurgery, occupational medicine, physiatry and psychiatry. Additional team members are physicians with training in a variety of other specialties and subspecialties. |

- Business Development
A dedicated staff works to promote your qualifications, availability, and support services provided by MES. Comprehensive information is provided to insurance companies, self-insureds, third party administrators, attorneys and government agencies.

Our staff works directly with you and your private office to coordinate your appointment schedule.
- Confirmation
Our process of notification letters with a map and written directions followed up by a reminder telephone call helps to ensure that examinations occur as scheduled.
- Records Preparation
When an appointment is scheduled, we attempt to collect all available medical records, including diagnostic studies, and upon receipt, a structured file is prepared.
- Report Completion
Following transcription the report is reviewed by an MES Quality Analyst. The report is then submitted to you for your review and signature. The results are then expedited to the party who requested the evaluation.
- No Risk Compensation
As your authorized billing agent, MES assumes responsibility for all aspects of the billing and the collection process.
