Technology and MES Systems

At the heart of the MES Information System architecture is the use of an advanced replication architecture that insures data integrity and eliminates duplication of data elements. Through this architecture we allow multiple methods of secure connectivity and seamless switching of sessions between the consolidated data centers. This allows access to the MES business process and to customer case information through a secured Internet connection. Fully protected and audited regularly, secure access is maintained utilizing comprehensive firewall and thin client technology to minimize the system requirements on the user side.

Added Data Security and Business Continuity is made possible by our Triple Data Center Architecture which uses geographically dispersed centers to deliver real-time reciprocal performance support to the extent that application load balancing is achieved within and between centers. Also, each center automatically stores all data in a database cluster that is constantly backed up by a permanent archival system. Data security is further guaranteed by mirroring the entire data storage process between the three data centers.

Why do we do all this? To ensure Secure, Always-On availability of the system to MES staff members as well as registered client users.
